Things We've Seen A small leak at the hot water valve water when it is opened!  Homemade weatherproof cover for an exterior outlet.  Bullet in roof.   Small crack in foundation. The sellers never disclosed there was a chimney fire because they removed the chimney, but obviously not all the burnt framing.  The good old mail box as a bathroom exhaust fan duct.
